- Who do I call if I have lost or found an item at WFD?

- When is Top of the Fair open?

- When do you have live horse racing?

Our live racing schedule runs from the beginning of October until the end of May.
- What is your animal policy?

Pets are not permitted, only certified service animals are allowed entry into one of our shows or events.
- What is a CAP card and how do I get a CAP card application?

- What bus runs along WFD?

We are on London City Transit bus routes 2 Dundas, 7 Wavell, and 20 Cherry Hill.

- What are the hours and locations of where I can purchase tickets for your events?

Advance tickets can be purchased online up until 11:59PM prior to the show’s opening day. You can also purchase tickets over the phone by calling 519-438-7203, 0.
- Is all parking free?

Yes, all parking is free on our grounds.
- How far is the airport from Western Fair District?

Western Fair District is a 17 minute drive via Oxford St. from London International Airport. There is also a bus route available from the airport to our grounds, the 36 Industrial to the 2 Dundas.
- How do I get race programs?

Our race programs can be purchased at the Mutuel Teller Counter on the day of the race or online for free.
- Do you have accessible washroom facilities at your concerts?

Yes, all concerts will have accessible washroom facilities.
- Do you have accessible seating at your concerts?

Yes, all concerts will have accessible seating.
- Can my baby/toddler attend your shows? If so, how much is it for them to attend?

For our 19+ shows, no one under the age of 19 will be admitted. For our all age’s shows & events, generally children 2 & under are free to attend.
- How do I purchase a Western Fair gift card?

- Where can I redeem a Western Fair gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed at Top of the Fair, Deke's Bar & Grill, Concession, Tickets for Western Fair owned and operated shows, and Gateway Casino.
